So I chose to do 16:8 / 18:6 with a focus on breaking fast between 1-9 or 2-8. I’m normally not a breakfast eater but before I would start munching on the processed foods around 10-12 in the mornings.
Curious if anyone else breaks fast around similar times and how it’s working for y’all?
I was doing 2pm-8pm eating window since 2/2/23 and today I started 12pm-6pm eating window so I could have more time before bed to digest and not feel so full going to bed after my last meal in the evening.
First day fasting today 16 hours since I started cause I changed it to 18:6 on the second day to match with my work lunchbreak.
