I’m noticing that ADF is just not sustainable for me on my period. Is anyone else in this boat? Any tips on how to handle period hunger/hanger?

I do ADF, but I do it when I’m on my period, too. I don’t notice being more hungry as being related to my cycles, so I don’t adjust for it. I do take breaks off and on from ADF. I felt like I was getting a little burnt out this week after doing a strict ADF since 1/1/2022 so I have done 16/8 for the last 3 days and tomorrow I’ll get back to ADF. I do think it’s fine to take short breaks as needed, whether those breaks are centered around your menstrual cycle or not is up to you.
