Does anyone want to fast until Christmas and hold each other accountable? I know it can be hard this time of year to lose weight let alone fast, but we can try. :3
UGH. I’ll think about it. Maybe. I don’t do more than 23/1 during the week, because I don’t want it to affect work. I haven’t started back after Thanksgiving, though. This weekend is supposed to get me back into the swing of things. I’ve never gone longer than 4 days…
