I know on fasting days we are to consume nothing but water and snake juice, but has anyone ever thrown creatine into the mix?
And would there be any harm in doing so?

I don’t know if you guys know this but a person that eats balanced meals has enough vitamins for a month, you do not need anything except a pinch of salt when you get cramps and low energy.
