Wanted to wait to weigh in and idk how to feel. I’ve been taking daily measurements of where I was in the past compared to where I am now. I felt comfortable doing a weigh in because my size (in inches) is where I thought it should be based off of past weight losses. But I am 60 lbs heavier while being the same size. Super weird. Hated seeing that weight but it could be muscle compared to the past but it sucked ass to see nonetheless.
Rolling 4 days - does this mean 4 days of fasting and a meal to break the fast and then back at it? Some clarity helps.
Also if you are fasting i would think you should probably weigh yourself daily or at least every four days.
