Most dread the thirst that comes from dry fasting. But for me, the most difficult aspect of dry fasting isn’t the thirst or hunger. It’s the emotional or mental aspect. Food was a sedative and without it, the runs wild with cruel and debilitating thoughts. The inevitable bouts of insomnia will only make those extremely negative feelings more potent, as if they weren’t concentrated enough on their own. A hell of a journey commenced but necessary.
Bored hunger gets me. I’m not hungry, I’m bored and want to make and eat food out of boredom. So I’m sorry I have no advice for what you’re about to go through. Good luck! I think meditation is always great for keeping yourself grounded
