Hey Guys, want to know how long and how to store boiled cabbage, cauliflower, soya chunks for maximum life ? ( Ideally looking for a week range for my meal prep )
I don’t know if nutrients degrade (boiling would leach them anyway), but cooked veggies seem to remain edible for close to two weeks in my refrigerator. Not sure what soya chunks are but tofu in fluid lasts longer than two weeks for me before it molds.
To maximize the shelf life of cooked cabbage for safety and quality, refrigerate the cabbage in shallow airtight containers or wrap tightly with heavy-duty aluminum foil or plastic wrap. Properly stored, cooked cabbage will last for 3 to 5 days in the refrigerator.
Thanks, me later.
