I’m pescatarian. My go-to’s are:

Plain Greek yogurt with fresh berries with whole wheat toast with peanut butter (usually how I break my fast)

Salmon salad (spinach, tomatoes, avocado, and salmon filet cooked in the air fryer, shredded on the salad with lemon juice and olive oil salt and pepper)

Fresh mozzarella with tomatoes and fresh basil with lemon juice, olive oil and salt, served over quinoa

A bagged chopped salad (the Asian ginger kind with cabbage usually) topped with pre-made marinated tofu

I can’t recommend you a specific dish. But I always try to follow a few guidelines. If half of the plate consists of vegetable and the other two quarters are filled with carbs and protein rich food, then you can’t go too wrong.

Tuna salad, is a solid choice its super light has plenty protein and can be eaten cold after a nice warm soup. If don’t have any leafy greens, just use 2 stalks of celery, 1/4 cup onions and breadcrumbs. Also this is super easy to meal prep.

Lentils are good on it’s own if you know how to spice it up, curry some flavor. Or just add to your soup base, with veggies, meat, beans or all 3.
