Need advice on how to get the first 72 hours. I’ve been trying to achieve it for days but I usually fail after 24 hours. Like if my last meal was 6pm yesterday, I would get insane cravings 6pm today. And yeah, the food is really good at my home. Any advice out there? Should I gradually increase it?
I mean if you ask Cole Robinson, he’d likely say stop being a bitch. Tell yourself you’re doing a 48 or 72 hour fast and do it. You must not want to do it that bad. You have to actually want to complete it
Careful. Trying to have a trick, or blame something other than yourself is a good pathway to failure. Cut the excuses and stop eating.
But alright. First thing, get the food away from you. Second, cold snake juice suppresses hunger, drink some when you’re hungry.
