The first day is always the worst, it’s not bad after that. I do a 72 hour fast once every year for the past 7 years (religious) and my biggest issues is after the second day my acid reflux is killer and I usually find myself getting a migraine. So if you suffer either of those just keep that in mind! Good luck!
