I am a 29 year old male weighing about 120kg. I hit the gym 4/5 times per week ( starting again now they are open) but want to lose a significant amount of body fat. Can any one share some success stories of losing alot via water fasting? How they managed it ? Any muscle gain/loss?? Any words of wisdom? Many Thanks!!
Just checking in, I‘m 27 female and 104kg. Also started today with my first 24h fast, ai‘m at hour 6 rn. I also want to hit the gym when I‘m at 98kg again. Just wanted to share this because we are on a simliar journey!
