Creatine is fantastic! I do about 5-6g a day, though I’m contemplating a one-week loading phase of 20g/day.

Creatine’s primary benefits are things such as performance enhancement (naturally, of course), increasing of lean mass to an extent, and even cognitive performance boosts!

As for the benefits I have actually felt after just a short time on it, I feel as though my muscles are denser to the touch/ harder, and I might be imagining it- but I do feel some slight cognitive differences every now and then, more clarify? Anyhow, I digress.

It is highly recommended if you do resistance/weight training, or even anaerobic cardio- you are likely to experience benefits.
