Past couple days whole fam got sick with some upper respiratory infection. I was last one to get sick. Problem with this is - I get chronic ear infections because of perforated ear drum. Sooo I currently have ear infection (but I know how to treat from dealing with it so often) but body was definitely taking its toll. Was actually thinking of breaking fast and have some soup I made for family - but muscled through. Worse part was the sinus problems where everytime I tilt my head I get a bad migraine.
Drank more snake juice (I usually aim for 1L a day but during this period was doing 1.5L) knew I needed more electrolytes so body would atleast have electrolytes needed. I still take my acv + baking soda and one fresh lemon a day. I did pop some of my wife’s prenatal vitamins as well to make sure I have those in system too.
I haven’t weighed myself in a couple weeks now (no scale) so last time I did I was 230. Starting from 270ish. I haven’t taken any progress pics because I’ve done so in the past and now I’m just searching for that last pic when I reach my goal. (Doing this for myself - not for anyone else)
Still no current end date right now - just taking it one day at a time. Stopped vaping weed past 2 days (since I got sick) and feeling better from that as well. (Might have been why the past couple days were so bad as well!)
