Hope to lose weight 30kg to be exact, and have my body heal from inflammation and insulin resistance ( PCOS).
So far so good, not noticing weight loss yet, day 3. I have been eating loads in my window. I was so full from 6 until 12 when I went to bed so.. I need to calm down haha I dont need to eat everything.
I’m going to try breaking into a routine for the 4 hours, a starter, a main and a dessert.
So I dont just eat everything I can. Will be nice to make sure I get enough minerals and vitamins too throughout the day. Its easier to cook with a snack before.
Doing 16:8 today, on hour 15 so one more hour to go. I really wanted to break my fast when I woke up but I told myself to just make it to 14 hours, well behold now I’m almost done with it. I’ve had just water today.Tonight I will finish eating around 8 and do a 36 hour fast until Tuesday morning.As for weight loss I finally broke through this kg that I have been hovering around, mixing in extended fasts with IF seems to be the way for me
Doing 15:9, will try to go for 15:30 but if it takes time to build up to it, that’s fine. Not looking to dread the last hour of a fast. Going for a month and two days. I’ve noticed my appetite is changing, and it’s taking less to make me feel full. My challenge this month is to change my cognitions about how often to eat.
