Hey all, end of week two and another 0.5kg (1lb) loss. I am so happy with the progress.
I accidentally managed my first 20 hour fast yesterday. I didn’t intend to go that long but was, so busy I didn’t have time to eat until 2pm. It felt great to get that achievement.
My only regret so far is not starting IF sooner. Thank you for all your support and guidance and I hope you are all doing well too.

Type of Fast: (Water/Espresso)
Length of Fast: 16:8 (12:30-20:30 eating window) now in month 10 of this of process and I have a Saturday off every other week
Reason for fast: Weight loss
Progress to date: Starting weight (10 months) 207lb current weight - 185lbs
Target Weight: 171lbs (By October)
