Answer

I had a horrible weekend binge drinking too. Gonna fast all day to cleanse my body and back to the gym tomorrow. At least I didn’t gain any terrible amount of weight since I was consistent the last month and a half

Answer

While I’ve not battled alcohol, I did battle food cravings for many years.

I now look at any change as Day 1, even if I’ve been doing it for 40 years.

I started a vegetarian journey in 1980. I still look at every morning as my First Day.

I only have to eat vegetarian this day. (Now, I do slide from time to time, but the Friends of Bill W have a point, one day at a time is easier than “never again.”)

With IF, I plan a social eating time. When staying with my partner on weekends, this usually means I simply make sure I have a 13-hour circadian rhythm fast, rather than my 16:8, 18:6, or 20:4 that I’m using at the time.

Since it’s planned, it’s not a “failure” of any kind.

Wish you the best. I am from NA. Love the meetingsThis is my first day too. Need to lose 15kg. I eat low carb yesterday. And today my OMAD will be a salad with a hard boiled egg and a steak i made yesterday

Answer

I feel you- right now is my umpteenth time trying, second time I’ve had significant success since I learned about IF and OMAD 3 years ago. Naltrexone has made the difference this time. If you’ve never tried and are open to it, the side effects are often minimal and the benefits can be huge for some people. I was 192lbs mid August and now I’m 175 with less than 5 drinks in that time period due to Naltrexone. Much love to you.
