I know most of the posts on here are about fasting, but I think the refeeding is just as important so I wanted to post what I’m doing on my non-fast days. I just completed my 2nd 60 hour fast of the week and am back to refeeding. I would really be interested in hearing from others.
Started off with a sausage and egg wrap with onions, bell peppers, salsa, salt, pepper, and cayenne on a keto wrap. I followed that with a bunch of almonds and right now I’m quite satisfied. It’s earlier in the morning than I usually break fast but I have some things I have to do before the afternoon so I wanted to get in my first meal before then. Later today I will have a shrimp dish over rice and a salad with avocado and dressing, a couple bananas, more almonds, and perhaps another wrap depending on if I’m still hungry. I’m not keto, but the amount of fat and protein I’m eating has kept me from overeating. I have only a vague idea of how many calories I consume.
I’ll eat similarly tomorrow, but may add in some soup and/or beans. I crunch a handful of crackers into my soups, so it’s not exactly keto and I may add a bit of rice to my beans.
I’ll start my next fast on Tuesday, probably the same duration.

I do regular 72hrs fasts and break them with a boiled egg and some soup.
Then later a salad and some salmon.
It’s what works for me. When I read what you ate it blew my mind. I’d be dashing to the toilet in no time.
Ohhhhh and never trust a fart when fasting
