So I’ve done OMAD on and off for the past 6 years. I’ve really been wanting to try rolling 48’s or 72’s but once I hit around 22-24 hrs of fasting it seems like my fuse is just non-existent. Does the hanger dissipate after day 1? I can deal with the hunger pains just fine but I really don’t like having such a short fuse especially being the father of a toddler.
People say it has to do with better regulation of blood sugar. I used to get crazy when I was hungry. It stopped when I switched to a whole food vegan diet. I’d totally forgotten about how angry I used to get until I was with a friend who was fasting for a medical procedure. She was a nightmare to be around that day and she’s usually not like that at all.
