Dealing with lethargy and demotivation

Lethargy is very common while your body empties its glycogen stores. Once they’re done I find I personally have a lot more energy. They empty somewhere around 24 hours to burn through. Do these feelings persist after the initial 24 hour period? If so consider increasing your dietary supplements.
