I just broke my 2nd 3 day dry fast. The amount of weight between the 2 fasts is quite a lot. I’m wondering if anyone knows why?
First dryfast (3 days) weight 152, did nothing to prepare, just water only for 1 day before. Fasted hard dry from thurs to sun. Weight after 136. After Refeed, 144. That’s 8lbs fat.
2nd dry (soft) fast, ended today. Weight started 144.1 on past mon. Fasted till thurs(today). I drank 1L of snake juice. His recipe is for 2L so I halved it. Drank 1 hour prior to starting dryfast. My final weight as of 30 mins ago. 136.8 i have yet to refeed, but i imagine after referred, I’ll be at least 140.
Has anyone prepped for fasts this way? Why is the weight loss overall so different? The electrolyte drink helped with heart rate, nowhere near as weak on 2nd fast. First fast, I was rapid heart rate occasionally upon moving and quite lethargic, laying around.
Stats, I’m 36M, 5’5. Healthy body weight for me is 125/130 tops.

imo 15lbs is a fluctuating water / matter weight that fluctuates in time. has little to do with fat/muscle weight.
also i think some people can carry pounds of food in their bellies for 4-5 days fasted
