Do you drink alcoholic beverage? (Poll)

When it comes to fasting alcohol is a strict no. But I know that some of you might still drink on the weekend or on the days you’re not fasting. I am trying to find out what percentage of people here drink or prefer to stay away from it. So, do you drink?

Answer

I’ve been doing IF for 10 months and never stopped my regular binge-drinking on Saturdays. I still have had great results from IF. I do tend to stick to vodka lime sodas and only start drinking after a nourishing meal. 34F for reference.

Answer

I fast 16:8 religiously but I do allow myself the occasional whisky during my fasting window (preferably scotch). I could see this being a problem for someone who drinks alot but for me I rarely drink.

PS my one other cheat that I allow myself is a low calorie pre workout drink (like a C4). Other than that no other cheats

Answer

I usually only have an alcoholic drink on my weekends, and then it could be a variety of mixed drinks, beer, or wine. I generally have 2 on those days, and my fasting period is much shorter as well (14:10).

Answer

I do drink but limited to only a few choices. I generally either drink straight bourbon or whiskey, gin and seltzer, or red wine. On very rare occasions I have a beer, but that’s probably only two or three times a year when I end up at a brewery and beer is all they have.
