Dreams and such

I notice every time I fast for several days on about the 3rd or 4th day I have vivid dreams, I wake up without feeling tired and my vision seems to be a tad bit better. Is this a thing? Is it more of a ketone thing that causes this or blood sugar levels dropping?

Answer

I never Have Dreams and I eat one meal a Day for the past 10 years.. But when I prolog the fast to 36 hours or more exacly that happens.. I csn sleep for 12 hours and Have amazing Dreams.. And wake up so at peace its amazing

Answer

Your vision being better is partly because of the adrenal hormones that are released on a prolonged fast. I also sleep lighter on the last day of my fast than I do on the previous days. I am doing successive 3 day fasts at the moment and it is always the last day that I sleep the lightest. This is not always a good thing for me as I do still seem to need more sleep, I am just not always able to get it.

Answer

It makes sense. I’ve read of the vision increase due to the biological need for our ancestor to seek out and successfully find food. Survival. So when you’re in a faster state your senses related to successfully eating will increase. Same senses which can help you in your every day life and job
