Dry to Water back to Dry?

So I’ve been reading on here that it’s not advisable to go from Water to Dry but what if I’m getting electrolytes during the water fasts? I was thinking of alternating 3 days dry and 3 days wet. Thoughts anyone?

I hear of people doing it on long fasts. For short duration intervals it’s probably more doable, like 3 day transitions. I think it’s probably more risky going like 7 days water to 7 days dry or 9 days

I like to start with dry and whenever I can t take it anymore I start drinking water but continue the fast. I usually do not go more then 48 h dry and if I follow with water I do not go more then 24 hours.

I have done a 7 days water fast once and it was miserable the whole time.

You are better off going dry if you want results but not want to feel like you are dying and wasting your time.

But yeah if you have no obligations go ahead and do that it sounds like a plan but dry fasting is superior, if you can take it further then 3 days you should be doing that rather then water.

Water fasting makes me very hungry but dry is just mild thirst.

Snake juice is pretty good if you cannot take it dry or water anymore.
