Has anyone any experience with effects of dryfasting on gyno?
I will be conducting a 9-11 day DF in the coming weeks. I hope to see it have a favorable effect on many of the issues I’m targeting, one of which is gynecomastia.
My chest fat disappeared entirely with salt water fasting. I would bet dry fasting works even better. Prior to fasting I was considering taking anti estrogens, so it was bad enough that I was concerned. Are you already ripped and still have gyno or are you fat?
