I’ll go until 24/25 hours and eat even if I don’t feel hungry just because i don’t want to go to work with a really long fasting (but if you work from home/don’t have a psysichal demanding job, do as you feel like )
Extend your fast if you’re not hungry (and want to do that)… or have a meal replacement/protein shake if you want to break it, along with a boiled egg, avocado, and some quality beef jerky (or none of those things if they don’t appeal. Handful of nuts is also good…)
