So from yesterday haven’t ate in about 10 hours then I ate and while I was fasting my head started to hurt
I ate something in the morning whole egg and 3 egg white and 2 packs of no sugar oatmeal 100 cal each. Which was at 8:00am
now it’s 11:30-12:00 and I’m getting the feeling of hungry and head starting to hurt should I keep going or eat some more?
Are you drinking enough water? Headache is a key sign of dehydration.
Also, try taking electrolytes. When i feel “weird” during a fast (groggy/headache/feeling hungover) always try drinking some electrolytes and see if that fixes the problem.
