i find i get cold so sometimes i eat crushed chilies at 14 calorie a tbsp twice a day to feel warmer will that hurt my fast?

Ive started embracing the cold. I drove in to work without the heater on, its 21 F outside. I just push through it. But, I did put a sweater on last night at home where it was 73 F. As long as my arms and legs are covered I seem to be able to handle the cold. Even if its a noticeable feeling.
I think it depends what you’re fasting for. For weightloss? Probably not. For autophagy, probably but only for awhile. These things aren’t an on/off switch. The goal is to stay in ketosis as long as possible (if you’re fasting for weightloss). If you think that having chili’s will help you, maybe give it a go. Regardless, you’re still at a major calorie deficit and should still lose the weight
