I got omicron about ten days ago and decided to stop doing my usual fasting routine for awhile. I figured, why mess around with something that’s probably going to be fine, but could, in theory, be a real problem? A single week off of fasting and hard exercise isn’t going to make that much difference in the long run, but an unlucky experience with covid might make a long-term difference I wouldn’t like at all.
Anyway, my very mild symptoms cleared up quickly, and today I’m back to fasting and exercise.
