Should I take any supplements or just electrolytes? How much of a calorie deficit should I be in on refeeding days?
I’m a 5’8, 289lb 18 year old male. Maintenance calories are 2700 but have experience eating in high deficits and I’m an experienced faster
I usually eat my TDEE in calories or slightly above it on feeding days when I do rolling 48s. I exercise 5 times a week and supplement with potassium magnesium and sodium in an electrolyte pack because I sweat ALOT.
