I know there’s mixed data on intermittent fasting. Just did my first 2.5 day water only fast and felt awesome. How can I incorporate it into regular routine/life? I’d like to try some different options and wonder if intermittent fasting helps prep the longer fasts or if I’m doing a longer fast, it doesn’t really matter if I do intermittent.
I do 2.5 day fasts once a week. Eat my last meal Sunday night and break my fast Wednesday morning. I’m trying to add in a 48 hr fast starting Wed night. I am not sure what you mean by incorporating it into regular life but I do this in my regular life once a week and feel great. Good luck!
