Feedback please

SW 212 CW 202 GW 175. Started a few weeks and have questions. I’m doing 20:4. How many days in a row should I do before I take a rest day? My eat window is 6-10. Exercise at 4:30 so I can eat coming out of the gym and then having one super meal at 7 or so. Chicken and rice with veggies. Calorie count is around 500 which I’ve read is low but it’s a big plate and the portion feels huge - because I’m not feeling super hungry. Also the last few days, I fall asleep fine but wake up around 3-5 and it’s making me cranky. Any advice on any front would be great.. Thanks all!

Make sure your getting all the required nutrients during your window….things like magnesium is critical to sleep…

I did the same thing for 8 months along with prolonged 4 and 5 day fasts until I got to my ideal weight …I’m 6’6” 190 and can see my abs…I went from about 255 to 190 in that time…for the last 4 months I’m just maintaining (which is a first for me, as I spent my whole life yo-yoing)…I opened my window from a 20-4 to an 18-6, and went from 1500 calories when I was losing weight to anything 2,000 or below now…I only throw in a prolonged fast if I slip out of my ideal range…

So, I would say to do 1,500 calories a day, not 500…especially if you are lifting as I do (weights, kettle bells) along with yoga and runs a few times a week…
