It’s not much, I understand. But this has been incredibly motivating, especially with it being the holidays. I started in the beginning of October and didn’t really stick to my OMAD. I wasn’t seeing much difference and then finally right after my birthday a few weeks later I decided I had enough of half tries. It’s been 2 weeks and 10 pounds has just dropped off. I keep checking the scale and I can’t believe it.
It’s not much, but it’s a great start. I can’t wait to continue to see my progress.
Go pick up a 10 pound bag of cat litter next time you have the thought that it isn’t a lot. And then think about walking around with it for 3 hours. And what that did to your joints for however many years you had that “extra 10 pounds.”
It’s a lot. Great work!
Yay! Congrats 🎉 I understand the feeling, I’m about the same time in and lost 9.5lbs, I can’t stop weighing myself in excitement. Keep it up, the first step is to make a dent, and KEEP GOING, you got this 👏
