Omggg!!!!! I finally had time to weigh myself for the first time since I started. The only scale is in my mom’s room and I don’t want her to see I’ve lost weight since she has this weird thing against dieting, but anyway I’ve lost 10 pounds, and I haven’t even been doing much. I don’t really exercise. My eating window is from 12-6, flexible. I haven’t had a problem. If they’re something I’m craving I’ll just save it for my eating window and eat like a pig then. But I don’t really because I’m less hungry since I don’t eat as much. Like I eat less, but I still eat enough. Luckily snacking was never a problem for me, so I find this really easy. This is awesome! I really can eat whatever I want, though I usually try to find something more healthy. It is absolutely perfect. I just hope I lose it slowly, I don’t want anyone to notice since I hate attention. I’ll just wear my baggy sweater till I graduate, then look awesome for adulthood! This is going great so far, it’s been about 3 weeks. I’ve 20-40 pounds to go, depending on what I think of my body.
Congratulations! I started at the beginning of January and I’ve lost 6 lbs. so far, with about 10 more to go. I’m mixing it up with the occasional OMAD and 18:6, and I’m eating clean and healthy with no sugar and lots of veggies. I fit into most of my clothes, and I’m feeling great!
