first 5 day fast

I’m on day 1 a little hungry right now as I stupidly ate a load of carbs yesterday.. Been doing OMAD and tried ADF too, I’m gonna give 3 day a go and if I’m going strong I’ll continue to 5 day!

I want to lose about 20lbs to hit my goal weight

I’m thinking I’ll fast Monday-Friday and eat at the weekends (probably keto/low carbs as I’m quickly learning my lesson coming off fast and eating carbs makes me feel like crap!) I’ll do this until I’ve accomplished 20lbs and hoping can be done before Xmas but won’t beat myself up if not

Does this seem doable or like a sensible plan?

I have a very similar Christmas goal, also on my first 5-day fast. Currently 37 hours in. These first two days are always the worst! Staying busy all day to distract myself. You can do it! Long-term goals & happiness are better than short-term satisfaction. We got this!!!

I’m on day four of my first five day fast! You can do it!

I’ve been taking electrolyte pills, propel drink packets, and psyllium husk powder and by day three my hunger was completely gone. Just remember when it gets hard in day two that it’s not going to be like that the whole time!
