M21 5’10 (174 cm), SW: 96 CW: 87 GW:70
I am doing IF on and off since May and have lost around 9 kgs since. I did one 36 hr fast last week, and was planning to day a 3 day fast this long weekend. I am planning to do OMAD from Sunday to Thursday, and then fast from Thursday (dinner time) to Sunday (dinner), and chill on Monday. I planning to have just eggs, avocado, and protein powder for Thursday dinner as I have heard it makes going into ketosis easier, and since I will be on OMAD for a couple of days, I hope the 72 hr fast should not be that difficult? I am not sure if my login makes any sense. I’d really appreciate some feedback/tips to pull off my first 3 day water fast :)

Day 3 is the best by a mile for me. I’m super focused and feel quite light. Sometimes I don’t even want to break it. I do this monthly. You’re going to also get a lot more autophagy benefits by pushing to 72. Btw, your last meal is a good one, but I always skip carbs for at least 24 hours before I begin fasting.
