Hey all
I undertook my first 20 hour dry fast. It was much easier than expected, especially in comparison to a water fast. I didn’t loose as much weight as expected (only 0.3kg), but I am already lean at about 15% bf or less, and I am already in Ketosis. I plan to do 24 hour fasts every Friday this March. Benefits included a deeper sleep, and significantly reduced pimples.
