Are they all the same?
They’re mostly the same and sadly most of them are just a waste of money, IMHO it’s much healthier including some fresh fish in your diet regularly if you’re going for omegas and/or dha/epa.I process/package supplements on a daily basis, including development which involves cardboard boxes, pvc/aluminum packaging and the purchase of pills or softgels. And from my experience what’s most important for 95% of brands is cutting down on costs (which only gets worse the bigger the brand gets) of raw materials,as long as their ass is covered on paper they won’t think twice about quality or the actual benefits to the consumer.
