Question for you guys who practice time restricted feeding - do you prefer to skip breakfast or dinner?
From listening to some podcasts on circadian rhythms I think eating breakfast is preferred, since melatonin interferes with insulin. Some of the longevity guys like Longo and Sinclair go exactly the other way, though.
Thoughts, data and experiences appreciated
For me, when I do 18/6, sometimes for weeks I eat at 930 to 11 and at 230 to 330, but I’ve been doing omad and a couple 48 for a few weeks im getting ready to go back to 18/6 when I hit my weight goal
