Answer

The advantage of frozen is you have a wide selection of options.

If you can find an organic one with a decent ingredient list it’ll probably be healthier than typical delivery pizza. Gluten free cauliflower crust is a good option for either.

I’d say a local pizza place that makes a lot of their own stuff would probably be ideal. Frozen pizzas include preservatives, dyes and emulsifiers and often the most cheap possible ingredients to make a high margin of profit. Local mom-and-pop joints usually care more about quality. (Speaking personally as someone who lives somewhere with like 20 pizza shops)

They have California Pizza Kitchen pizzas at most grocery stores, they’re anywhere from 280-350 calories for 1/3 of the pizza. If you budget your calories right you can eat the entire thing and stay within caloric needs. Compare that to an average of 250-350 calories for 1/8 of a delivery pizza.

Answer

Frozen! It is healthier and cheaper and IMO tastes better then Dominos or Papa John’s. I prefer thin crust pizza, and I tried Targets Good and Gather brand and it was delicious. There are a lot of options for frozen pizza brands too. You can experiment and find what you like.
