I’m ready! I’ve lost 60 pounds in the past. Unfortunately I have 20 of that 60 to lose again, but I’m doing this!!!! 20:4.
My last IF was dirty. I’ve since gave up coffee so no more of that. Speaking of which, I think the biggest cause for the 20 getting back on was Starbucks.

We’re in a similar boat!! I’m trying to lose about 20lbs by May as well! I’ve never seriously given IF a chance, so I’m excited to try it out!

Also coffee has always been my problem too. I don’t get sweet coffees but I get a lot of cappuccinos or lattes, and those calories add up for me. (A lot meaning I drink 2-4 a day 😬)
