What is a realistic weight lost goal?

I’m doing 2 48 hour fasts a week and OMAD on eating days. Also, keto. I have lost 22 lbs, 5 weeks in. I am trying to set a realistic weight loss goal for myself to reach in 6 months time (I am going on vacation in august). Trying to come up with a number, to motivate myself. Realistically, how much weight do you think would come off in 6 months, sticking with this plan?

It’s really hard to say. On the conservative side, as long as you aren’t going crazy with your OMAD meals, you could probably lose at least 2 pounds per week. Might be more than that if you have a lot of fat to lose and aren’t overdoing it with eating.
