Good Morning Ladies :) Tell me about your fast plan.

With the weekend coming up some people may be breaking their fast soon. What are your plans for the holiday weekend/next week?

I’ve changed strategy from 120 hour fast to 60 hour fast. After 60 hours its 1 healthy meal then back to fasting. Long term plan is to increase fasting hours if I hit a plateau.

I’m halfway through my second 60 hour fast and the results are so good I’m becoming skeptical and worried.

I’m coming off of a 48 hour fast later today, doing OMAD tomorrow and Sunday, and starting up another 48 Monday afternoon. This is my first holiday weekend since I started fasting and I’m nervous because I’ll be around my family for my cousin’s graduation. I have to talk to my boyfriend today about not mentioning my fasting. I would rather talk about it with my family when I’m ready.

I’ve been fasting since Sunday, I had had a horrible period last month and decided that since I was dying, I could eat whatever I wanted, and gained back ten pounds. I’ve dropped back down to where I was before that, just from fasting this week, and so I’ve decided to break my fast tonight with something light, since I’m going to a barbecue tomorrow, and then I’ll make smarter choices with low carb/lazy keto on Sunday and Monday. I’ll go back to fasting on Tuesday through Saturday, since I really feel like this works better for me than counting calories, and then see how I feel, since I’ll have a party that Sunday to attend.

I have weight goals. So once I hit a certain weight I do a quick refeed and fast again. Sometimes I mess up and I break a fast earlier then intended but I don’t let it get me down, I just get back on the fast again. I try to refeed mainly vegetarian keto (I do eat meat but not much). But sometimes I eat carbs but i don’t beat myself up over it. It does make the first day or so harder when I’m back to fasting so that’s incentive to not get too carby.

It’s led to steady weight loss for me and is much easier than cico for me. Also I’ve read that it’s less catabolic? Anyway, I haven’t lost muscle mass. :)

I’m coming off a 60 hour fast that I broke yesterday in preparation for a festival today. I’m going back to OMAD and low carb this weekend though. I’m aiming for a longer fast next week, gonna attempt fasting Monday-Friday. I gotta get this weight off! It’s driving me crazy.

I have basically 3 weeks to lose 5 pounds before my fancy vacation, so I‘m alternating 16/8 and longer fasts up to 46h. I‘m planning to step it up starting monday, aiming for my first 50h fast. My intense addiction to sugar is very much in the way of going completely low carb but I‘m doing my best. I work out 6 times a week for 30 min to an hour, too, just to fight off the candybars I‘m unable to resist.F, 5‘2, SW145, CW132, UGW 116-118
