Good sweeteners for electrolyte mix?

I tend to use mio but I read up on Acesulfame Potassium and it allegedly can spike insulin and stuff.

I don’t want to spike insulin, I want the best autophagy I can get, but I also want to be able to down the electrolyte solution a little more easily. By far it’s the hardest part for me.

Does anyone know of sweeteners which have the minimal effect on insulin and inhibiting autophagy as far as we know so far?

Thank you

I just use the off brand crystal lite powder, yea its like 5 calories per serving but it tastes great and I burn 100 calories an hour lying down. Such a negligible amount of calories doesn’t do anything measurable.

Dont worry about autophagy, its a dimmer switch not an on/off light. It takes almost 10g of sugar or protein to really get the ball rolling for mTOR to wake up (heard that on an Ivor Cummins podcast) so you’d have to be chugging the stuff to go into the autophagy downregulation danger-zone.

Hmm, I’ve found some indication that Mio can kick you out of ketosis, and my ketone meter seems to agree, must be spiking my insulin.

I found another post on here which indicated Stur flavoring using stevia has better results. I’ll give that a try. If anyone has other data they can share I’d appreciate any links you can offer.
