Got the required results. What to do next?

I was 173lbs and my goal is 163lbs. Started IF 25 days ago. To my surprise I lost 10lbs in less than 25 days and achieved my goal. I’m doing 20:4 with calorie deficit and cardio.

My concern is since I got the desired results, I don’t want to lose any more weight. But if I continue doing IF, there’s good chance I’ll lose even more weight. But I like doing IF and want to continue.

If I don’t maintain calorie deficit, will I be able to maintain my weight? And in general, what do people usually follow once they achieved their goals?

You may have lost mostly water if it was that fast.

Just eat at maintenance. Calculate your TDEE and aim for that many calories on average. You won’t just keep shrinking, no. Yes sometimes you overshoot, but even that is a good result because it gives you room to bulk in a more healthy way.
