This is a concern of mine as well. I have heard of all sorts of chronic conditions being healed such as psoriasis, excema, hsv-1 sores, inflammation of all kind, and tinnitus. If your tinnitus is from hearing damage I doubt dry fasting will eliminate it but it could dampen it. If it is hereditary like mine, a long (7 day) dry fast perhaps one a year over 2 years could make it go away permanently. Mine has improved to where it’s barely noticeable.
My tinnitus is associate with my stomach being inflamed. I’ve had it bad and then through a raw organic keto diet and fasting it went down to barely noticeable. Recently my stomach flared up and it’s back a little bit. I’m sure I will get it away again through fasting. Dry fasting heals nerves and the ear is a nerve.
