Yes, I did 4 back to back 96 hr fasts while I was going to the gym and training 5 times a week. I lost exactly 57 lbs in 16 days and after I maintained. You have to suffer if you want this and faster. Some people do shorter fasts like 23 or 36 but I don’t think those work after a few tries but long term they might. I’ve noticed 72’s and 96’s are the most powerful with gym incorporated you should be losing weight everyday. Each day when I was fasting I was dropping which kept me motivated. Started another back to back 96 hr today 💀
