I’ve recently done a water fast which lasted around 9 days. It made me wonder, what if I don’t eat just like on a water fast, while still allowing myself to drink other liquids as well rather then just water. Has anyone been on such a liquid fast before and have you lost any weight? I don’t really know much about liquid fasts so here I am asking you guys on y’all experiences! Let me know! 🤙
What other liquids are you thinking of adding? I’ve only done water but some here have added coffee, diet soda, diet energy drinks, etc. It is called a “dirty” fast and should still be effective if your goal is weight loss:)
