Honestly, no. The best way for me to reset and get clean is to fast.
It takes me about a week eating keto to get into ketosis, but with fasting, it’s a couple days or day.
Each to their own, but I rely on fasting for healing/cleanse/weight release.

In Jason fungs book the complete guide to fasting he says that the body reabsorbs nutrient from waste meter during longer fast, so probably not a good idea. But maybe research a little into it. Good luck
