Hi everyone. So I have been doing 16:8 for 3 weeks and have lost 3kg so far

This time I am really determined to get rid of the baby weight. I have 12kg to go & wanna finally be able to fit into my old clothes. I’m also counting calories, eating at a deficit & doing kettlebell workouts (30 mins 3x a week). I’m really hoping I’ll be able to lose all the weight by August. Is it doable?

Congrats, that’s great.You’d need to lose roughly 2kg per month untill August, so it definitely seems doable. Be warned that the first kg shed more easily though, it usually slows down afterwards. You may be stuck on a plateau at some point in your journey, that’s when it’s important not to loose motivation, and adapt your routine (longer fasting, intensified workout…)Best of luck!

Just dont let your calories get too low or you will crash your metabolism. Also you will have to reverse diet when you have lost the weight or it will go straight back on as soon as you stop dieting.If you are losing more than a kilo a week then you will need to increase your calories because losing weight faster than 1kg a week unless you are very obese means you are in an unsustainably steep caloric deficit.
