Started this morning. I’m used to one day on and one day off fast but never done one continously for long. So I got some questions.
-is black coffee and tea fine -is using salt to stave off hunger fine, if so how much per day -if I go past 7 days should I use any vitamins or supplements to meet basic health requirements -Any info I first timer should now would be great.
At 7 days you may have to factor in a few extra days for your digestive system to get fully back up to speed.
I’ve done a handful of 5 days fasts, which I break in the evening with a light meal, and I’m pretty much able to continue my regular caloric intake the next day. However, the one 7 day I did resulted in having to slowly increase my calories over the next 3 days.
